The original real estate company dates back to the 1930s.  Bob Kemp took over the brokerage in 1984, changing the name to Kemp Real Estate.  Being a 4th generation Lake Citian, Bob has strong ties to the area.  The office building even belonged to his Great Grandfather.  Bob's Great Grandfather's Dry Goods store was in business from approximately 1877 to 1940.

Kemp Real Estate has 4 agents ready to serve you, including Bob's daughter Mandi.  Including Mandi, there are now 5 generations of Kemps that have made Lake City their home!
